Let’s talk about needs and wants. Needs is something you can’t live without and wants are something you can live without but you still need them to fulfill your satisfaction. What marketers do is, they make want your need. Why you always want a Pizza when you can have Tinday at your own home?
Digital Marketing is important now. Research states Pakistanis spend more than 10 hours a day in front of screen either laptop or mobile. There we see many ads a day but we can recall some of them. If you are able to recall any brand you saw today. It is actually success of a brand.
My goal is to be a digital marketer and to help brands and customer to communicate better with each other. To link with each other and customer needs are fulfilled. I have this goal because of my interest as I always wanted to be in this field. Even during lockdown I completed several digital marketing courses.
There were many challenges I faced in the past. First of all is that I don’t used to think the way marketers do. Also I was never introduced to digital marketing and all I think of was traditional ways. I started learning digital marketing but faced difficulties to apply what I learned until I introduced my own brand. Later on I applied for internship but they asked me do you have idea how to use photoshop or illustrator and I was completely blank. So now I had to learn graphic designing skills too.
Now I am working on Facebook Blueprint certification and by that I can enhance my skillset and advertise right product to the right audience. I complete this course as per the time asked by the course itself. Along with I am learning graphic designing from LinkedIn Learning.
I will complete these courses on time as decided and will soon start my own digital marketing agency.
